This position / candidate will be responsible for identification, qualification, and matching of candidates to technology requirements and work closely with the Manager to analyze requirements against qualifications of candidates and match the best candidate with client needs. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: • For Senior Technical Recruiter Roles: 3 – 5 years or more of Relevant Experience within US Staffing / Recruitment. • For Mid-Level Technical Recruiter Roles: 1 - 2 years or more of Relevant Experience within US Staffing / Recruitment. • Excellent communication skills and be passionate about recruiting. • Experience Handling the complete end-to-end Full Life-Cycle Recruiting • Expertise in recruiting for W2, Contract, Contract-to-Hire and Fulltime positions. • Strong direct and indirect sourcing and networking skills - expert knowledge with current internet sourcing tools, Job portals and social media. • Strong experience in Active and Passive Recruiting. • Excellent Candidate resource pool and network. • Experience working in fast paced environment. • Recruiting experience via Social Media and non-traditional / innovative methods. • Must be able to understand requirements and formulate complex Boolean search strings. • Must have proven track record of successful placements. • Excellent communication skills and Organizational skills.
