We are expanding our Staffing Practice and looking to hire a seasoned Business Development Manager with strong US Staffing Industry Background and with expertise in Business Development and Sales.

This position / candidate will be responsible for New Logo Acquisition for Staff Augmentation and sign up MSP / VSM Partners. Candidate must have existing pipeline of clients, be able to hit the ground running and acquire new clients and/or new business via various channels including prospecting, cold calling and client presentations and generate revenues for the Company.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
• 6- 10 + years of professional experience in selling IT Staffing Augmentation services for US based clients
• Prior success selling IT Staffing Services directly to executives and procurement managers of medium, large, and large enterprise accounts.
• Experience with New Logo Acquisition and be able to hit the ground running and acquire new clients
• Experience with prospecting, cold calling and client presentations
• Excellent existing client relationships, network and referrals within US IT Staffing Industry
• Must have existing pipeline of clients be able to build upon new accounts for the company and add company to vendor lists, generate new revenues.
• Experience signing MSP / VMS Partners.
• Demonstrated ability to build, and maintain a strong sales pipeline and close opportunities.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding targeted sales.
• Experience in meeting and building relationships with C-level and hiring managers
• Recent Verifiable history of quota achievement and new business acquisition
• Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve agreed upon goals of company.
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and account results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
