We are expanding our Staffing Practice and seeking Seasoned Sales Professionals to work out of our Noida office in India. Ideal candidate will have strong US Staffing Industry Background with expertise in Business Development and Sales.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
• 3 – 5 years or more of professional experience in an IT Sales, Staffing, or Business Development role.
• Must be a Sales Hunter and be able to generate new business by networking, cold calling, market research, etc.,
• Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with clients (Mid Market, Direct Clients, MSP/VMS providers).
• Must have proven ability to cold call and network to make new clients consistently on ongoing basis.
• Must have proven track record of placements and running GPM within US Staffing.
• Must have excellent communication skills and personality.
• Build rapport with Clients to develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, proposal, final selection, due diligence and closing.
• Expert in candidate qualification and submission to client partners and follow up for next steps.
• Must be able to hit the ground running and acquire new business.
• Must have excellent existing client relationships, network and referrals within US IT Staffing Industry and be able to build upon new accounts.
• Well versed with all the Staffing processes to generate requirements and develop Clients.
• Several years of professional experience in an IT Sales, Staffing, or Business Development role (Multiple roles based on levels of experience and past success records).
• Previous experience with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding targeted sales.
• Proven track record of generating new business through prospecting efforts and expanding opportunities through existing relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for delivering positive, measurable results.
• Self-motivated with self-confidence and patience and a strong desire to be successful and exceed expectations.
