This role will be leading and managing our Inside Sales Division for New Client / Logo Acquisition. Position will be based out of our Noida office in India. Position offers excellent compensation and incentive structure.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience with Identifying, developing and qualifying new leads for US Staffing Direct clients via Data mining, email campaigns and cold calling.
• Leading Multiple Marketing Campaigns to reach prospective clients.
• Maintain and Manage Lead Generation Pipeline.
• B2B Lead Generation Process and managing the leads.
• Experience with B2B Lead Generation Process and managing the leads.
• 4+ years of managing/demonstrated experience within Inside Sales for US Staffing.
• Prior experience in a Sr. Inside Sales role within US Staffing is required
• Experience with building sales pipeline and achieving the defined targets.
• Building Strategic relationship with Fortune 1000 Clients and MSP’s.
• Reaching out directly to CXO level, decision makers and MSP’s.
• Engaging leads through Email Campaigns and Social Networking (LinkedIn and Twitter).
• Experience in identifying and Utilizing the Supplier diversity, TA/HR and procurement channels to open new doors and become preferred vendors.
• Excellent Communication skills (Both Verbal and written).
• Should be proficient on MS tools like Excel and Power Point.
• Comfortable in making 50-60 calls per day.
• Consistently Follow up on leads.
• Must have existing pipeline of leads.
• Must be highly organized and able to create weekly / monthly activity and status reports.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate tasks to meet multiple deadlines. Must be Highly Organized.
• Demonstrated experience with research prospecting tools like Zoom info, Data.com, Hoovers, Jigsaw, LinkedIn etc or similar.
