The agreement will see Sage Group, one of the leading public-sector IT services providers, work closely with the Shared Services Centersand Competency Centers to provide application support service for ERP Applications.
With this contract, we will be able to further scale up and accelerate our presence in the Public-Sector domain, strengthen our client base in USA, enhance our expertise and business knowledge of Public Sector clients. The term of the deal will cover all template-based applications including operations, basis and development services.â€
Sage Group believes that its skill sets, support methodology and a responsive support solution on the project ensured this win.
