Our Direct Client is in the process of developing a custom online form using SAP HCM Process and Forms framework. This custom online form enables the business to input information via a web browser session with input validation, delimits and/or creates several backend SAP ECC standard info type records and processes the form through a SAP approval workflow.
An assessment of current design and configuration focusing on Analysis of current Configuration/development of the online form
o Best practice optimization of HCM Process and Forms
o Present findings and review all issues
o Assist with the coding and development of the online form
o Provide design and code documentation
o Provide knowledge transfer to the clients developer
The ideal candidate(s) would have the following Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
• Hands-On experience in SAP HCM Processes and Forms;
• Certification in SAP HCM Processes and Forms is preferred;
• Familiar with testing strategies, technical monitoring, and incident management;
• Must have an analytical, results-driven and solution oriented approach;

• Seeking an expert in HANA Live views to extend and build views on financial data for budget and financial reporting. Looking for architect that understand the SAP Financial and HCM/Payroll modules, tables and views for master and transactional data.
• Ideal candidate will have 7 + years of experience in building out analytics in an SAP ECC environment, data architecture skills, data modeling, design , HANA Live and SL. Microsoft Power BI knowledge is highly desired. ABAP knowledge is plus.
• Selected candidate will work with Project manager and core team to design the set up of analytics infrastructure.
• Lead technical team during workshops. Translate business requirements to technical requirement to build data models and HANA Live views for consumption by Power BI.
• Will be responsible for overall design from top to bottom of the data model from the table level to model view.
